A clifftop subdivision on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula needed a website that could sell sections while the development was still taking shape. We built Hobbs Bay Estate around the sales process: section availability, house and land packages, a virtual tour, downloadable resources and an enquiry path that feeds straight to the on-site sales team.
