Fuel Apps

These terms apply to apps provided by Fuel Design for use on websites we build, including the Social Media app that imports and displays posts from social media accounts you control (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn organisations and X accounts).

1. Your accounts. You may only connect accounts that you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions on each platform.
2. Imported content. The app imports publicly-visible posts from connected accounts via the platforms' official APIs — currently single-image posts only. Content is published by you on the platform; Fuel Design does not review, endorse or take responsibility for it, and does not alter it.
3. Platform dependencies. The app relies on the social platforms' APIs and permissions. Platforms may change or withdraw APIs, permissions, availability or pricing at any time, which may interrupt or end the app's functionality.
4. Data. Authorisation tokens and imported posts are stored on your website. Disconnecting an account deletes them — see the data deletion section of our Privacy Policy.
5. General. Use of the app forms part of your website agreement with Fuel Design. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the app is limited, at our option, to resupplying the affected services or paying the cost of that resupply.
