Is my business data secure?
Yes. Your data stays within your own systems. We don’t share it externally, and we follow the same data practices we apply to every client we work with. We can walk you through the specifics on your strategy call.
How long does setup actually take?
Most businesses are live within 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on how many integrations you need and how quickly we can complete the discovery session. We’ve built a clear process that keeps things moving without requiring much from you.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
Not at all. That’s our job. You just need to know your own business — which you already do. We take it from there.
What systems does it connect to?
Email (Google Workspace, Outlook), calendars, websites, most common CRMs, and a wide range of business tools. On the Advanced plan, we can integrate with accounting software, scheduling platforms, ticketing systems and more. We’ll confirm compatibility on your strategy call.
Can I cancel?
There’s a 3-month minimum commitment (to allow time for setup and meaningful results), then month-to-month from there. No lock-in contracts.
How is this different from hiring a part-time admin person?
A part-time admin person works set hours, takes leave, needs training, and costs significantly more once you factor in PAYE, ACC, KiwiSaver, and management time.
