AI training your team will actually use.
Most AI training is a vendor demo dressed up as a workshop. Ours is run by Glen Maguire — a 25+ year digital strategist who has delivered 100+ AI sessions to NZ and Australian businesses. Built around your tools, your workflows and your people. Not generic theory. Productivity gains in week one or your money back.
Your team has dabbled with ChatGPT.
It hasn’t changed how they work.
Most AI training is a one-hour vendor demo, a YouTube playlist, or a 200-slide deck nobody opens twice. Your people leave entertained, then go back to doing their job exactly the same way. The tool sits in a tab.
So that’s not what we run. Every session is built around the actual documents, decisions and workflows your team handles every week. They leave with a written prompt library, real worked examples from their job, and habits that stick — not theory. One trainer. One day. Measurable productivity from week one.
Pick the workshop your team needs first.
The two highest-impact, fastest-to-ROI sessions we run. Both are private (your team only), in-person at your office or remote, and tailored to your industry, roles and real workflows.
ChatGPT & GPT Agents Workshop
For teams using ChatGPT casually but not getting consistent productivity gains. Aimed at writing, research, planning, and repeatable knowledge work.
- Prompting that actually works for business writing & research
- Faster emails, reports, briefs, proposals and meeting prep
- Building reusable GPTs (agents) for repeatable tasks
- When not to use ChatGPT — risk, accuracy, privacy
- A custom prompt library built around your business
- Industry-specific worked examples for your roles
Microsoft Copilot & Agents Workshop
For organisations on Microsoft 365 who’ve paid for Copilot licences but aren’t seeing the productivity gains promised in the sales pitch.
- Live, hands-on Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Drafting, summarising, formatting and analysing — on real files
- Building Copilot Agents for routine workflows, no code
- How Copilot and ChatGPT actually compare — when to use which
- Customised resources, recordings & follow-up coaching
- Team-wide adoption playbook so it sticks past week one

Real adoption is a programme.
Eight ways we help businesses turn AI from a hobby into measurable output. Pick the ones you need now — or start with a workshop and grow from there.
Custom AI Training Programmes
Multi-session, role-based courses built specifically around your team’s workflows. For long-term capability building, not a one-off.
Executive AI Coaching
Private 1:1 coaching for CEOs, GMs and senior leaders who need to lead AI adoption credibly — without taking time away from running the business.
AI Strategy & Roadmap
A written 12-month AI roadmap for your business using the proven S.T.A.R.T. framework. Where to start, what to skip, how to sequence.
AI Governance & Policy
Clear, practical AI policy your team will actually follow. Risk, privacy, IP and acceptable use — written for humans, not lawyers.
Practical AI Automation
Where the real ROI lives — automating the repeatable, brain-dead tasks that eat your team’s week. Built using the A.D.O.P.T. framework.
Agentic AI Implementation
Building autonomous AI agents that handle real workflows end-to-end — not just chat. Focused on practical wins, not science projects.
Keynote Speaking
Glen presents at conferences, board meetings and team away-days across NZ & AU. Practical AI for non-technical audiences. No hype.
Chief AI Officer (Fractional)
Senior AI leadership embedded in your business one or two days a month. For organisations needing the role without the full-time hire.
Built into every Fuel AI training session.
Not bolt-ons. Not extras. The foundations of every workshop and programme we run.
A short discovery session first
We learn your tools, workflows, team, and the actual tasks that eat the most time — before a single slide gets built.
Live, hands-on, on real files
Your team uses the tool on their actual emails, documents and reports during the session — not contrived examples.
Custom prompt & agent library
You leave with a written, role-specific prompt and agent library aligned to your business — ready to use Monday morning.
Clear guidance on what not to use AI for
Risk, accuracy and privacy boundaries spelled out. Where AI helps, where it costs you, and where it’s a legal problem.
Session recording & written guides
Recordings, customised user guides and prompt sheets so people who missed the day — or join later — can catch up.
Follow-up coaching
Optional follow-up sessions a few weeks later to reinforce learning and unstick anyone who’s drifted back to old habits.
Industry-specific worked examples
Whether you’re professional services, finance, manufacturing, agri or retail — the examples come from your sector, not stock decks.
Vendor-agnostic, no upsell
We don’t resell licences, and we’re not on commission with OpenAI or Microsoft. We’ll tell you when not to spend the money.
The S.T.A.R.T. AI Framework.
A proven five-stage process Glen has used with NZ, Australian and European businesses to take AI from “we should probably do something” to measurable output — without burning six months on a strategy deck nobody reads.
- → A structured, low-risk path to AI adoption
- → Designed for non-technical leadership teams
- → Identifies the highest-ROI use cases first
- → Handles risk, governance and capability in parallel
- → Implementation guided by the A.D.O.P.T. framework
- → Independent — vendor-agnostic, never tied to a platform
Tool-honest, not tool-loyal.
We’ll tell you which tool actually fits your team and your stack — not the one with the biggest commission. Most teams end up using two: one for general work, one inside their core productivity suite.
From discovery to embedded habits.
A typical workshop engagement. Custom programmes and executive coaching follow the same shape, scaled to your team.
Free 30-minute strategy call.
Honest read on where AI fits in your business, where it doesn’t, and which session is the right starting point. No obligation, no follow-up spam.
Discovery & tailoring.
Short discovery call(s) with you and (optionally) a couple of team leads. We map workflows, identify priority tasks, and tailor every example to your business.
The session itself.
Half-day to full-day, in-person at your office or remote. Live, hands-on, on real files. Custom prompt library and worked examples built during the session.
Resources & recording.
You get the full session recording, customised user guides, the prompt library, and any agents built during the day — ready to share team-wide.
Optional reinforcement.
Follow-up coaching, training retainers, executive 1:1s, or a written 12-month AI roadmap if you’re ready to scale beyond the workshop.
What Fuel AI training isn’t.
Saving you time. If any of these are deal-breakers, we’re probably the wrong shop.
Not a generic webinar.
If a $99 LinkedIn course or a YouTube playlist does the job, that’s genuinely fine — just not what we do. Every session is private to your team and built around your workflows.
Not a vendor demo.
We don’t resell ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini licences. We’re not paid to recommend any of them. The training is the product, not the funnel.
Not theory or hype.
No “the future of work” keynote slides. No 200-slide decks. Live demos on your real documents, your real files, your real meetings.
Not technical for the sake of it.
Designed for non-technical professionals. No code. No prompt-engineering jargon. Plain English, real outcomes — CEO to admin assistant, all in the same room.
Common questions.
How much does an AI training session cost?
Pricing depends on session length, number of attendees and how much customisation is involved. A private half-day workshop for a single team is the most common starting point. The free 30-minute call is the fastest way to get a real number for your situation — we don’t do generic per-seat pricing because no two teams are the same.
How long does a workshop take?
The flagship ChatGPT and Copilot workshops are typically 3–5 hours. Custom multi-session programmes can run over weeks or months as part of a training retainer for long-term capability building.
Is the training in-person or remote?
Both. We deliver in-person at your office anywhere in NZ & Australia, or remotely via Teams/Zoom. Many clients prefer a mix — initial workshop in person, follow-up coaching online.
Do my team need any technical background?
No. Everything is in plain English. The training is designed for non-technical professionals — CEOs, admin teams, finance, marketing, operations, sales. If you can use email, you can do this.
What’s the difference between ChatGPT and Copilot training?
ChatGPT training focuses on general business work — writing, research, planning, agents. Copilot training focuses on Microsoft 365 specifically — using AI inside Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. Most teams benefit from both, but we recommend whichever fits your stack first.
What’s the S.T.A.R.T. framework?
It’s Glen Maguire’s proprietary five-stage AI strategy framework, refined across 25+ years of digital transformation work in NZ, Australia and Europe. It’s designed for non-technical leadership teams who want a structured, low-risk path from “we should probably do something with AI” to measurable adoption — without burning months on a strategy deck nobody reads.
Do you offer ongoing AI advisory or a fractional Chief AI Officer?
Yes. For organisations needing senior AI leadership without a full-time hire, Glen works as a fractional Chief AI Officer one or two days per month. We also offer training retainers, executive 1:1 coaching programmes and AI governance work as ongoing engagements.
Do you really guarantee productivity gains?
Yes. If your team can’t demonstrate measurable productivity gains from the workshop within 30 days, we’ll refund the session fee. Across 100+ engagements, we’ve never had to.
Discovery → Tailor → Train → Reinforce → Scale
Five stages. One trainer. No outsourcing.
