Most of our websites are completely custom designed and involve a good amount of time to design based on the meetings we have together and your current branding and your functionality requirements.

Yes, all of our staff work within our Auckland branch. This includes all our website designers, web developers, project managers, and SEO specialists - so you're always dealing with staff that know you and your project(s) well.

We also have our Digital Directive which we supply free of charge for our Fuel customers - these include; copywriters, photographers, videographers, staff-recruitment and trainers, integration specialists and more...

Generally we have an initial meeting to understand the bigger picture of your website project. From here we will create a proposal estimate with options you can add now or later. Once this is formalised we will have a Workshop to understand your project requirements in much more detail. From here there may be some additions or changes to the estimates and this will become a fixed price proposal.

Then we will create the custom designs and discuss these in further meetings until we are both happy to move to the development stages. From here we will give you training on the website admin and how to add any content you require (unless we are doing this also) and then we finalise the complete design, test any eCommerce and forms etc, and then plan the go-live.

After go-live we have a four week period where we monitor and maintain the website just to check everything is working well.

If there are any further additions and changes we welcome these through our support ticketing services and we often catch up with clients every few months to discuss new ways forward and look for opportunities to further grow the business online.
