How Fuel Design increased web sales for NZ Glass

The NZ Glass project has been a collaborative team effort between Graphic Designer, Web Copywriter and Web Developer. The team was tasked to create a professional online presence that was easy to navigate and to give clear detailed information about NZ Glass's products and range of services – with the ability to enquire about these products and services quickly and efficiently.

Using Fuel Design's future proof platform, NZ Glass has been given the ability to manage the website and its content; from the Work Gallery to the product pages themselves. Using Adobe Business Catalyst, NZ Glass is able to keep in touch with new and existing customers and to closely track website traffic, keywords and all other web related statistics.

Custom User Interface(UI) to improve website usability

NZ Glass website has been developed around a sophisticaed panels-driven user interface designed for traversing products, services and web pages. This has created page familiarity and ease of use for visitors.

The custom built user interface (UI) is easily managed by NZ Glass and enables the end user to easily traverse to sub panels, detail pages or an enquiry pop-up page. One of the great technologies incorportated into the NZ Glass website has been this newly designed and innovative UI which has greatly improved website usability and improved online sales leads dramatically.

Customised portfolio pages

Another exciting aspect of the NZ Glass website has been the innovative approach which the design team created for displaying the portfolio, called the Work Gallery. Again, implementing this sophisticated, yet easy to navigate interface, the Work Gallery pages showcase all of NZ Glass's portfolio, highlighting the products and services NZ Glass has to offer.

Capture leads from products & service pages

The primary goal of the website has been to capture targeted leads for the sales team. With all the products and services pages intelligently linking through to the user friendly enquiry page, users feel comfortable filling out a short enquiry and asking for assistance with their building project.

Results

With an aesthetic design, a hand coded state-of-the-art build, a surge in traffic generated from the search engines and the intelligently designed enquiry forms converting this traffic into accurate leads for the sales team; the team achieved and exceeded the websites primary goal.
